10600 Office Complex
Loucks collaborated with the architect and City of Plymouth on a commercial office building located at 10600 Old County Road 15 and Highway 55. The project includes a one-story, 9,000-square-foot commercial office building, associated drive aisles, and parking stalls. Project scope included a preliminary site plan to show building footprints, parking configurations, setback information, and site dimensions, as well as the grading and draining plan, SWPPP, hydrology study, and landscape construction plan.
