City of Forest Lake Downtown Revitalization
Loucks prepared a downtown plan for the City of Forest Lake, which included redevelopment of commercial and residential properties, downtown parking areas, the Forest Lake waterfront and Lakeside Park. Our downtown plan design dovetailed with the Broadway Street Corridor study which ran from Interstate 35 to Forest Lake’s downtown area.
