Loucks provided preliminary design and construction documents for the first phase of the new Olympus campus situated in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Several value-added improvements to the initial scope were incorporated into the final construction documents, including the addition of a Porte-cochere with a new drive lane and a retaining wall to accommodate additional loading facilities
