Loucks provided site design, grading, drainage, and utility services for Pearl River and Choctaw Recreational Facility, a 170-acre, $40M master planned resort that includes a water park, stadium, recreational lagoon, fitness and wellness center, hotels and retail all designed around a newly created lake. The design is highlighted by the rerouting of three creeks around the site and into the lake to protect the resort and lagoon area of the project. Great importance was placed on the site layout and grading plan to preserve the natural tree environment and line of sight views.
