City of Independence
Loucks served as a planning consultant for the City of Independence for more than 30 years. Our firm served as the City’s planner and engineer, updated comprehensive plans and zoning ordinances, designed sewer service plans, road construction plans, park and trail plans, and performed environmental reviews on behalf of the City on a variety of projects. As a result of Loucks’ comprehensive planning efforts over three decades, the City of Independence successfully maintained its rural charm and low-density residential setting.
