Loucks has teamed on many restaurant projects over the years, most recently by providing land surveying and civil engineering services to help transform the existing Burch Pharmacy into a new steak and pizza bar. Loucks created a plan to remove the one-story portion of the building and metal stairs located on the northwest corner of the property in order to maximize parking and loading area options, while still accommodating waste removal. We also evaluated and rerouted existing building utilities and redesigned a parking lot just north of the property to accommodate overflow parking needs for the new restaurant.
