Loucks has worked with numerous developers, landowners and operators on various types of suburban retail. From gound-up development to infill outlots, Loucks is a key player in working through the governmental entitlement process.
Since 2003, Loucks has provided site development and engineering design services to CVS Pharmacies for various sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area and outstate Minnesota. Loucks works with CVS Pharmacies to develop a due diligence report which provides various information and criteria in analyzing site suitability, including conceptual layout. Once CVS Pharmacies determines a site is suitable for development, Loucks provides land surveying, planning, zoning, site planning, landscape architecture and engineering design services.
