A-Mill Artist Lofts, won the Adaptive Reuse Multifamily category at Thursday night’s MSPBJ Best in Real Estate award ceremony. The project involved a $156 million rehabilitation that converted the historic Pillsbury A-Mill into affordable space for artists to live and work. Project partners included Dominium, Weis Builders, and BKV Group.
